Monetate is a great company, start up vibes but with brand recognition, we’ve fallen behind a bit against competitors but we are catching up. We are on the pricier side of things but with a very solid product. Culture is utterly fantastic with a strong growth mindset

Lack of formal training or direction on path to be successful. Also lack of path to AE. Still a newer group of leadership and a company that just spun off from a parent company a year prior so figuring things out. Hoping a clearer path to success will develop.
