Great company, but poor communication from upper and mid-level management. Sales goals wouldn't be given until 6 or 7 months into the selling year. No support from operations and only "yes" men/women are promoted.

Dyson is a unique place the probably rests too much on it's laurels. Pay needs to be more competitive and leadership needs to evolve from the command and control model.
