Great salary, nice colleagues. But sadly no Chance to achieve quota. Makes me wonder why so many AEs were hired if none achieves quota. The expected market seems not to be there. Nearly no leads, poor Tech stack, which makes outbound harder as it would have to be.

The Product is good and open to any industry. The management is okay, the salary is okay for a german company. But no room for overpacing your goals and too long sales cycles and to small deal sizes.
