Current Employee I enjoy the role at eHealth, but being in a contract position makes it challenging to fully invest myself in the company since the end date is always in sight. The training program is well-structured and very helpful in getting up to speed, though it’s quite strict. Overall, it's a good environment for growth, but a permanent position would make it much easier to feel a deeper connection and long-term commitment to the company.
