The sales team needs to mature more, the whole company needs more experience in the industry we sell to, lack of alignment in incentives causes issues. People who got here before get paid VERY well. Gender diversity in the SE team is important and well represented. The company says the right things and they have good intentions but need to get out of their own way. Needs stronger leadership.

Good...getting better. Old sales leadership was an old boys club with a lot of leeway. New leadership is bringing some rigor and discipline in the process.
