Good product, talent intelligence is a new and exciting category. But Eightfold seems to lack a clear strategy or vision for what it wants to be; leadership changes, releasing an ATS instead of doubling down on Talent Intelligence.

Good...getting better. Old sales leadership was an old boys club with a lot of leeway. New leadership is bringing some rigor and discipline in the process.

New leadership from outside HR Tech have no idea how slow HR sales move. There will be a STEEP learning curve and quick reization that these are 2+ year sales cycles.
