My overall experience at Embark (www.embarkwithus.com) was poor. Either you're on the inside (meaning you're connected to management) or you're on the outside. This place wreaks of nepotism; however, you don't have to be family. In sales, unless you are one of the few chosen you will NEVER make any money. Culture is garbage - the company is building the plane as they fly it. They lied to me a multitude of times and keep change comp structure materially to salespeople's detriment.

Leadership turnover and strategy change galore. It's like if a fraternity tried to run a business and realized after a few years they don't know what they're doing.
