My overall experience with Embark was pitiful. The only worse experience I had in my career was working for a boss whose nickname amongst the small 50 person company (including top execs) was little hitler. Embark doesn't care about its sales employees. They have no sales acumen and product training is a joke. All the leads go to 5 people who have been there for years. They just laid off all their salespeople from the first and only class they hired in November. There is no diversity and I encountered racism and ageism. It is simply a horrible company to work for unless you are friends with one of the founders - then it's basically yours for the taking. STAY AWAY!!!!

My overall experience at Embark (www.embarkwithus.com) was poor. Either you're on the inside (meaning you're connected to management) or you're on the outside.
