My overall experience was not good. They told myself and others 80% of our leads would be inbound from SDR team and it’s been 5% max. They said year 1 OTE was $200k and it was less than 150k. Unless you are in the inner circle, growth potential is slim to none. Good base salary, decent benefits and great flexible time off.
