Worked with great people and learned so much. Too many things changed continuously, like targets and incentive plans. Ultimately became another number, didn't feel valued or heard.

Employbridge was once a company where high performing individuals were appreciated and could pursue career with. Over the past few years Employbridge has lost the trust of their employees and their clients. No clear goal or strategy and complete failure to communicate before or after major organizational changes.
