My overall experience with Empower pharmacy has been good. Executive leadership is not dynamic and can be slow to instituite change, losing market share.

The environment was very toxic, and the management Micromages. There was very little room for growth and a lot of favoritism at the time. Fast moving company, Has potential but the people in management ruin it
