Critical sales culture with low performing reps and minimal strategies to get reps on track. Over hired and then let only select new people go. Product is best in class, but extremely complicated. Limited training to enable salespeople with the knowledge necessary to be an effective seller by end of ramp. Biased towards in office people, even though every higher up at the company is remote.
