Former Employee My overall experience was very poor. Blind leading the blind with no solid sales methodology in place and a culture of fear created from the top down. Every single BDR that has been there more than a couple months is actively looking to leave. Managers were put into management roles because they were good sales people but seriously lack management skills, so they resort to micromanaging to give them the illusion they are doing something in terms of "management". Only good things to note are a decent product market fit, and a generous accelerator structure if you manage to overachieve on your quota.
