Current Employee Encamp has one of the strongest startup/scale up company cultures I've seen. The leadership truly cares about team members. Their dealings with team members are fair and transparent. They are a sales driven culture that is supportive to their team and prioritizes high earning potential. Quotas are reasonable compared peer companies and ability to attain quota has improved drastically over the last year due to improvements in product market fit, GTM focus and accelerated product innovation.
