Former Employee Enterprise has a management trainee program which is great directly out of college. If you want a career in sales and can go through the program for about 2 years and consistently score on the sales and service matrix you will have a successful career. Program is not easy though. Long hours (11 hour days), 5 to 6 days a week, little compensation as you’ll start at $20/hr, job can be tough cleaning cars, constantly upselling protections, dealing with very rude customers on a daily basis. Again, not an easy job but a lot of people who progress through the program can build a solid career for themselves. Plus enterprise will hire just about anyone! Just ask lots of questions. The people who work there are amazing though!
