Former Employee Overall, my experience as a Business Development Executive at Enterprise Holdings Car Sales was positive. I appreciated the strong training and support, which helped me learn about automotive sales, fleet management, and partnerships with credit unions. The team environment was collaborative and encouraged new ideas. However, I found that demand for selling high-quality cars through credit unions was lower than expected in many markets, which limited growth opportunities. Despite that, I’m grateful for the experience and the skills I gained. It was a rewarding role that provided valuable insights into automotive sales and business development.
