Quotas were slightly adjusted mid-year, but with the depressed freight market and uncertainty around industry regulations, customers and prospects were hesitant to make fleet decisions.

Compensation is mediocre. Company car, phone, computer, etc is a plus. Expectations are very high. You can do well with high commission years and performing well on bonus metrics.
