This is a great company, but don’t expect to make a lot of money very quickly. The company offers great benefits and a lot of time off but if you want to make 6 figures, it’s going to take you several years to get to that. You also get a company car which is nice.

Enterprise is a great company for a fantastic long-term career, long hours but it is worth it. Lower starting salaries. However, if upper management supports you to apply for promotions you can move up quickly. The company is fully transparent on salaries once you start working there. Enteprise is a great place to learn B2C sales, B2B after you have a few years under your belt, and understanding how to run a profitable business. You will have long hours, people screaming at you about the wrong color of a car, and very little ways to make extra money until you can get a full time sales job.
