Overall it was what I would call a pretty typical sales experience. Product was fine and there was definitely a need for it. Unfortunately, leadership was more than happy to look the other way when some sales reps used lies and borderline illegal sales tactics to bring in revenue. Even with a mountain of evidence in the CRM, zero action was taken which says a lot about the morals of leadership.
