In short, this company does not reward high earners with anymore than a higher quota after hitting growrh targets, and without a change to compensation so ultimately the better you do the less you will make because leadership makes sure of it by raising quota 20-40% of reached targets of the previous year.

The first year was great and the ramp up was fairly straight forward. I was on a smaller team on the commercial sales group and my quota was substantially higher than most of my peers even due to an extra year in the role.
