Former Employee I was hired in the summer of 2024 to help rebuild the outbound BDR organization.
In the following six months, there were many notable departures from the revenue organization, some voluntary, some involuntary.
Roles included: CRO, VP of Sales, Head of Enterprise Sales, Director of Sales Operations & Strategy (x2), Director of Sales Development, Enterprise AE with 6 years tenure (x2), MM AE with 3 years tenure (x2), the Chief Product Officer and the senior PM of the core product.
Despite having a direct sales motion for 7+ years, the processes and motions are immature by comparison to similarly aged companies and companies with similar stages of funding (Series C).
