Mass exodus due to toxic leadership and unattainable quotas due to a weak market-fit. It went from selling a solid set of products in '21, '22, and '23 to selling a "nice-to-have" vision in 2024.

Current Employee3.6Mar 27, 2024Envoy has been a great company to work for, although recent changes within leadership and product strategy have changed my perspective on not only the day-to-day, but the long-term outlook of the company. There are still amazing people that work there and the sales culture is still very strong; but I fear that is going to change for the worse soon.
