Good diversity in the SF and NY offices. Cultural wise, sales managers are kind (some exceptions). Envoy is a leader in the space so the product is great.
Challenges:
Envoy had a major RIF in February and decimated the BDR team. From what I can see Denver team morale was low but slowly improving …Now we are currently building out a team in SF in addition to existing BDR org in Denver. Inbound attainment has recently been very low. Let’s discuss outbound attainment. The only team that hits is the Enterprise BDRs. DO NOT join the midmarket team. You will have to overwork 3-4X activity metrics just to barely scratch monthly goals.
