Current Employee Solid overall company working with great teammates. Very underpaid, and the company is currently doing clawbacks on commission company wide. They ended up changing the commission structure after deciding that certain teams made too much money in commission.
Customers tend to like the product but hate the company, and tend to take out there frustrations on people that do not have the ability to make an impact. It is growing increasingly harder to sell as they do not innovate fast enough and this space is seeing much more competition.
