Generally a good place to work, with strong UK leadership, but limited control and power as the USA HQ SLT are the masters and owners. Some very bright and capable people in the EMEA region, with good support as needed. Generally reselling the market leaders s/w which means good volumes, but low margins.

Unfortunately, they have a current issue with metal management. They really don’t care for their employees and don’t have any transparency on what’s happening within the organization.
