Great until Thoma Bravo acquired the company. Now it's a mess to try and sell anything. Product strategy changes every 4 minutes and all depts compete instead of working together.

Working for Eptura as an AE is currently a shit show. Ever since the merger by Thoma Bravo in October 2022, this became a cut throat environment with extremely poor leadership and no direction. 3 rounds of layoffs since October and rockstar employees quitting left and right. Keep looking...

Sales org at Eptura is a complete and total mess. Leadership is abysmal - it's a revolving door, nobody has a chance of making quota, customers are dropping like flies, and sales people here are generally miserable. Culture and Leadership continues to decline. They put out requirements for each department that causes departmental contention. They seem to put sales last. Leadership continues to raise product prices even though we are losing deals based on pricing.
