Current Employee2.3Mar 26, 2024Eptura leadership has shifted drastically to caring solely about hitting numbers. Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.
