Sales leadership is way over their head. They have zero industry experience and can’t articulate the value of the product. They insist on speaking to customers only at the end of a sales cycle. They come across as desperate and pushy. So after months of getting a sale to the point of closure, they come in and destroy all credibility. Run, don’t walk away from this company. Managed by fear and desperation.

Eptura leadership has shifted drastically to caring solely about hitting numbers. Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.
