Valuing employees work/life balance, personal growth, and career growth have all gone out the window completely. There is no coaching, only gathering numbers to report up to the board. Retention is dwindling because of the culture and I don't see this changing anytime soon.

Ever since the merger by Thoma Bravo in October 2022, this became a cut throat environment with extremely poor leadership and no direction. 3 rounds of layoffs since October and rockstar employees quitting left and right.
