This company is ripping people of. You will have to sell a product for double or even triple what competitors are selling for. Also you wi have to high pressure close 90 percent of your clients the same day. They will teach you how to sell this way however if you do sell there is an over 35% cancelation rate. Your commission is based off what percentage profit margin you sell at. To get in the ball park of other companies pricing you will make 0.5% commission. You can hit a monthly 3k bonus but it is very tough. There training is very good and they do hire with no sales experience. Would recommend if you are looking to get into sales. You will leave this place will the tools to close deals but not the money in your pocket like you have.

Not a bad career, just have to be kid free and able to work 9-11 if need be. Money can be great but they are pricing themselves out of the market. If you’re not 200% invested you will not make money. Erie has been a great Company to work for. Grown from 8 locations and $25 million revenue to 100+ locations and $660 million revenue. Great growth opportunities and continues to be tons of room to expand into management. Comp is good. Fun workplace.
