If you’re doing your job, getting out in the field and in front of prospects and clients, you will be successful. The issue most reps run into is landing a big deal and not working as hard as they did before landing the big deal. Quota increases monthly and what you do now pays off 2 months from now. If you stop doing what made you successful, you’ll have nothing to show for it when you need it in a couple months

My overall experience was not great. There was some time spent onboarding and training but they really just throw you out there and you figure it out as you go. Constant turn over of reps, hard to build relationships when people only last a few months.
