Was promised 50% outbound /50% inbound split of qualified opps in my territory and it was 100% / 0%. Dont use your PTO because there is no quota relief and the expectation that you hit no matter what, even though they encourage "work life balance". Do not work in the northeast if you want to be successful. Good territories get quota handed to them and bad territories are left on an island to get fired. When your interviewing they will say your territories good but there is no way to know.
