Great product market fit. Aggressive and visionary leadership (net positive). Higher than average base salary. Mediocre and sparse culture. Gossiping runs rampant. Unclear ROEs. Depressing commission plan. Poor onboarding. Fun prospects to sell to. Sales managers have basically no influence. Overall, could work if you want to be siloed and just “do your thing,” but not ideal for folks looking to grow their career and/or be part of a great sales culture.
