If you’re willing to go above and beyond in the role, you will succeed. It’s incredibly important to make a great relationship with your account executives and leadership. A lot of learning on your own and finding your own path in the role. Product market is amazing and there is plenty of inbound to stay afloat in bad months.

Leadership could care less about you. Extremely complex compensation plan that is unattainable by almost 90% of the company. Stay away.

Micromanagement on steroids… unrealistic goals and comp plans, too many reps. Lots of layoffs so may be better now.
