My overall experience was strong for the first couple of years, then significantly worse as RIF’s, backstabbing and a “fend for yourself” mentality engulfed the teams. Poor leadership, distrust and crafting narratives blaming reps for the downfall and poor decisions at the executive level continue to this day.

The first half of my time at Evolve was amazing, but in the last year, change fatigue has been unbearable and leadership is lacking. Hopefully, feedback from clients and employees will help right the ship.

Over the last year or two, we have been paid on percent to goal instead of per sign up. Now my work is de valued. Last year if I got 17 sign ups in a month, my commission would be $5k+.
