In 2017 when joining the organization as an outbound sales representative, we had 4,000 customers our network, now in 2024 managing a team of 13 individual contributors we have 34,000 customers. The product fit of our market grew exponentially in those 7 years, allowing us to acquire a large amount of the market share. During that time, I spent 4.5 years as an individual contributor and senior sales representative achieving 99-125% to quota. That experience allowed me to progress into a sales leadership role to now coach and manage a team of 13 individuals driving 100% to quota in 2023.
