This organization would be successful if they executed programs to promote happy productive clients the way they promote DEI and Marxist/woke ideology. They have a Wall Street push for recurring SaaS revenue however, unhappy clients create nonrecurring SaaS revenue when they cancel subscriptions. When only a small percentage of the sales team can achieve quota beware.

Leadership does not practice ignorance. This is not a company that wants your feedback or opinion on anything. The people are mostly kind, but the product is no longer dominant in the way it used to due to leadership issues and the discouraging of employee feedback. If you speak up for what you think, expect retaliation.
