I've seen Exclaimer change over the course of my tenure. I can't speak for what happened behind the scenes, but from an individual contributor's perspective, everything was great at first. I had no issues and genuinely saw myself settling in for the long haul. But little by little, the GTM strategy shifted. Leadership churned. Long-tenured employees, many with 10+ years, were phased out for cheaper talent. Then a new CEO came in preaching transparency and strong company culture, saying, "I hope for many more years of everyone enjoying where they work." Sounded great. Then I came back from leave and lost my job, terminated by people I had never even met, for reasons that felt lazy and HR-safe. They labeled our team, who was responsible for nearly 40% of the company’s revenue as “redundant.” They also laid off large parts of the distribution and partner teams. That decision made no sense, considering how partners and MSPs were constantly struggling to get support. Exclaimer often talked about improving partner relationships, but I guess they confused “what’s best for the business” with “what’s best for investor ROI.” The Pay is insulting. Exclaimer has the money, they just won’t pay you that money.
