The new compensation structure feels disconnected from the current economic reality. It was created months ago but is only being rolled out now. Not only has the commission rate been reduced, but the quota has also been increased. It’s the perfect formula for demotivating a sales rep.

If you like being micromanaged, abused, and mistreated this is absolutely the place for you. There are so many problems and they will only point the finger at you. No support.
