Current Employee2.9Jun 25, 2024Very talented team, yet very little sales leadership, processes, or best practices. Built on a consulting basis - not traditional SaaS sales, but moving in that direction. Biggest concern is OTE/variable compensation seems unrealistic and built off very little data.

Former Employee3.0Apr 28, 2025A great product with a lack of leadership. Few individuals know the product and industry and carry the company on their backs. Everyone else is collecting a check

Current Employee1.3Jul 17, 2025Incredibly toxic. Sales leadership shifting and promoted as ‘exciting.’ What they won’t tell you is this is because of high turnover and terrible internal promotions. They are actively hiring for a Regional VP of Sales who is responsible for closing deals and managing sales team. Conflict of interest to say the least. This org is down the toilet.
