Incredibly toxic. Sales leadership shifting and promoted as ‘exciting.’ What they won’t tell you is this is because of high turnover and terrible internal promotions. They are actively hiring for a Regional VP of Sales who is responsible for closing deals and managing sales team. Conflict of interest to say the least. This org is down the toilet.

Very talented team, yet very little sales leadership, processes, or best practices. Built on a consulting basis - not traditional SaaS sales, but moving in that direction. Biggest concern is OTE/variable compensation seems unrealistic and built off very little data.

Great product and government use case. Commercial side is still growing. Compensation is not equitable
