My overall experience wasn’t great. I was hired by an interim manager who departed within 2 months, my role changed, and shortly after there was an unannounced acquisition, which brought in a new manager from the acquisition. He lacked experience within the company and was ineffective in leadering me and supporting my new role. I ended up being let go and the manager was released a month or two following my departure.

Experis is a flexible organization that gives new representatives the time and support needed to succeed, as long as KPIs are being met. Since 2023, there have been some shifts, including team restructures and leadership changes, with three different Directors during that time.
