Former Employee Diversity isn't just promoting more women to management roles (Women hold the majority of management roles at ManpowerGroup) - Experis and ManpowerGroup pay a lot of lip service to diversity and inclusion, but I didn't see them truly walk the walk in my years there.
That being said, I wasn't there for the diversity (or lack thereof). This company took great care of me and my family, even when they didn't have to, legally or otherwise. I wasn't working there for fluff, I but I found a truly supportive team environment. In truly real, practical ways. I will forever be grateful for my experience at Experis and ManpowerGroup, and I would not hesitate to work there again if the opportunity arose. Current Employee Good first job for a college graduate. Good compensation structure.
