Current Employee Having been here almost a year now, I think eXp is really great for experienced agents or teams looking to help and grow their production. As a new agent, it is COMPLETELY possible to learn everything on your own with a cloud-based brokerage, especially if you are able to join a reputable team in eXp. But if you're anything like myself, surrounding yourself with an IN-PERSON team (at least for the first year or two) is going to be a more rewarding and productive for your business. The biggest key is knowing what environment you work best in and setting that up because growing your own business is never easy.
