This is a role that all depends on how many people you can help get hired which is great! For Express Employment each location is franchised so take what I say with a grain of salt. Other locations have different comp plans. The company as a whole offers amazing training, online courses, coaching, and incentives to learn. They also offer bonuses to all reps such as paid vacations for the top 50. The company can also give personalized offers as well.

The team I work with has a large part in my success at the organization. The team is sent on frequent trainings coming down from corporate level to keep our toolbox fresh. Having a team committed and hungry even on the production side contributes greatly to keeping the momentum.
