This is a role that all depends on how many people you can help get hired which is great! For Express Employment each location is franchised so take what I say with a grain of salt. Other locations have different comp plans. The company as a whole offers amazing training, online courses, coaching, and incentives to learn. They also offer bonuses to all reps such as paid vacations for the top 50. The company can also give personalized offers as well.

Sales at Express is a lot of churn and burn. You will learn a ton and become ready for anything, but really only worth getting a year of experience here and then moving on.

Be prepared for high client churn and burn. I was responsible for closing one new client a week to keep up with client turnover. Overall, I'm thankful I had the experience, but just couldn't make it in the staffing/recruiting world.
