Overall good company but they are having trouble innovating and bringing new technology to market. They are considered "legacy" by many customers and lack of innovation is starting to cause once loyal customers to choose new alternatives.

Great product and very supportive culture. Manageable targets. The sales organization lacks a structured sales process and proper GTM strategy, it’s very technology driven.

Lot's of headwinds with new product. Tough sell. Rudderless ship with alot of lip service from execs but not much to show.
