Fantastic company with good leadership and easy to understand goals. Transparency is solid. Wish the comp was a little higher, and OTE feels low in comparison to quotas, but for the flexibility and WLB the role offers, I cant be mad.

Incredible company culture and an even better sales culture. I have the utmost respect for our executive leadership and am bought in on the future of F5 and vision they drive. More recently, there has been much more BDR enablement, which has greatly enhanced performance and employee experience. I would highly reccomend working for F5.

Company is trying to be relevant in a world of modern applications running kubernetes as a data center. The main issue holding the company back is the sheer quantity of people that don’t want to learn new things.
