Good product. Competitive Market. Left due to lacking leadership and complacency.

My direct manager was great. Very supportive and eager to help his team. The sales management team was not aligned with the reality in the field and continued to increase quotas while segmenting markets and verticals further making it harder for reps to hit their goals.
