FMX has increased their product offering but they have also increased prices by 40-50%. They are pricing out the customers they built their business on. They are expanding into new segments with no formal training. Q1 numbers are down significantly to compare to targets across all teammates. Leadership got ambitious with pricing changes and its proving difficult to close new deals and generate new pipeline.

Public sector organizations have faced massive budget cuts and not spending a lot of new money. It’s been challenging to generate pipeline outbound as well as get easy leads from inbound.

My overall experience at this FMX is extremely positive. Leadership truly cares about all employees, personally and professionally. Internal promotions are frequent. Majority of people don't want to leave this company, even if they decide to make a lateral move to a different department. Teammates are friendly. This is an incredible company.
