This company is growing quickly but not at the expense of their teammates. The people here are truly amazing and some of my closest friends. It takes a long time for leadership to make changes & sometimes that hinders my performance and experience. I still recommend FMX as a great place to work & a great place to move quickly up the ranks as the growth has allowed me 3 promotions in less than 3 years.
